Content: the contracts are with general contractors basing their work on the blueprint completed by Arnold W. Brunner and Buchman and Fox, Associated Architects. The contractors executed work on excavation, steel work, general contracting, contruction of elevators, steam-heating, plumbing, ventilating, and electrical and gas illuminating for fixtures. ...
