Scope and Contents
The Book of Maps (Sub-Series 2.3) includes manuscript drafts for the collection of poems titledThe Book of Maps, written and signed by Frances Whyatt. This collection of poems stands as its own work; however, it includes overlapping drafts that can be seen later published in collections such as American Gypsy. This collection of poems includes the section “Maps of Sand" which is also referred to as “Sand" in earlier drafts. This work was never published in full as its own collection of poems.
