The Committee on Missions and Goals was in charge of establishing what the boundaries of Barnard, as a "Small Liberal Arts College for women", should be. The Committee proposed the student population to be capped at 2,000, argued against Co-Ed at the College, and suggested curricular changes to strengthen the "Liberal Arts College" identity. There is a single report from 1970.
