"The Committee on Advice to New Students met only in 1923 where they discussed what information incoming and current Freshman should be provided in the Bulletin as well as when and how they should meet their advisers.

The Committee on Students' Programs is also bound within the same book and ran from 1923-1924 including the same faculty members from The Committee on Advice to New Students. This committee discussed all student programming needs including class registration efforts and general procedures for student programming."
