This collection consists of magazines compiled into bound volumes from 1912-2010. Duplicate issues, from 1935-1994, and issues from 2011-2021, are loose and boxed. There are are also two bound volumes of indexes for the magazines dating from 1912 to 1959.
This collection consists of the Barnard Reporter Newsletter which announced the ongoing events of the school, the accomplishments of the faculty, and the projects of the students. It was produced by the Public Relations Office and later by the Office of Public Affairs.
This collection consists of bound volumes of Barnardiana, an administrative publication released by the Barnard Public Relations Office for the faculty and staff of Barnard College. Photographs are included in later volumes.

This collection consists of the course catalogs released by Barnard College and Columbia University each year for Barnard students. Material within the course catalogs includes class listings, faculty listings, history of the relationship between Barnard and Columbia, degree requirements, entrance exam guidelines, and school calendars.
This collection consists of Barnard College Dean's and President's Reports. They include an overview of recent and planned developments at the college, as well as summaries of problems and proposals.
Orientation booklets were given out to new Barnard students at the beginning of each academic year. Booklets from 1949-1967 include first-year class directories, along with illustrated and often lighthearted guides to Barnard, Columbia, and surrounding neighborhoods. Booklets from 1971 onward include schedules of Orientation Week events. Many orientation booklets contain specific themes.
This collection consists of the public relations calendar, which was published by the Public Relations Office. In the spring of 1988 the Barnard Bulletin began running a weekly calendar in its editions and the publication of the Public Relations Office Calendar ceased.
