The original order of the CDs as received by the Archives has not been retained as the arrangement of the material does not reflect the office’s current working practice. For the
transferred CDs, as part of the processing work done by Archives staff, some intellectual reorganization was undertaken to allow the digital materials to be easily integrated into a single system of arrangement.
Student associates transferred and described the imaged disks in 2018. Olivia Newsome integrated the digital materials into the finding aid in November 2023.
