Collection Arrangement
This collection is arranged by record genre for both the paper materials and the files transferred off the disks.
Some high-level physical rearrangement happened to allow the digital materials to be easily integrated into a single system of arrangement. The digital materials, at the highest directory level, were placed into a new folder with a new file name.

Acquisition Information
Trasferred from the Barnard College Barnard Store in March 2024.
Appraisal
A Barnard archivist selected relevant images and files from the transferred disks. As part of the processing of the disks, the archivist sorted through the accession and moved an audio of Barnard student's singing to BC46 Audio Collection. Additionally, the archivist removed duplicate fliers.

Processing History
This collection was processed and the finding aid written by Olivia Newsome in March 2024. Digital materials were processed by Olivia Newsome in March 2024.
The computer disks (CDs) were recieved as a single group and its contents were transferred into Barnard Archives' in March 2024. Olivia Newsome imaged the disks, described, arranged, and moved them to Barnard Archives local digital storage in March 2024. Through this processing, she arranged the files into a filing schema for better access.
