Overview
This collection consists of materials from Boys, Butches, and Bros, a Barnard College student club.
Collection Arrangement
To improve access to the collection, during reprocessing the archivist rearranged the collection into two series that align with the club’s internal organization, each of which is further organized into multiple sub-series. The collection is intellectually arranged in this collection guide according to these series. Additionally, the archivist completed high-level physical rearrangement to allow the digital materials to be easily integrated into a single system of arrangement. The archivist placed the digital documents, at the highest directory level, into a new folder with a new file name. The arrangement of the collection is as follows:
Series 1, Administrative materials
- Subseries 1.1, Correspondence and communications materials
- Subseries 1.2, Meeting minutes and operational documents
Series 2, Event materials and photographs
