Overview This collection consists of personal and biographical archival materials -- photographs and articles -- relating to the life and work of Gloria Fokine. A ballet instructor and teacher in New York City with her partner Leon Fokine, Gloria was born in Havana, Cuba and would travel extensively in her career as a choreographer and dancer in Russia, France and the materials focus on life and work primarily in the 1950s-70s.
